SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
SDS Medical Supplies, Inc. generally processes orders within one business day after an order is received.
Orders received on Friday will generally be processed the following Monday or on the next business day that is not a recognized holiday.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier availability, payment authorization, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Complete Shipments & Back Orders
Whenever possible, we ship orders complete.
Although we make every effort to maintain adequate inventory, certain items may occasionally become temporarily unavailable or back-ordered.
A back-ordered item is an item that is temporarily out of stock while we work with our suppliers to secure additional inventory.
If an item included in your order becomes back-ordered, SDS Medical Supplies, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to contact you to discuss available options.
Back orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate our customers.
Free Shipping Policy — If Applicable
Free shipping applies only when specifically indicated and is subject to the following conditions:
- The entire qualifying order must be shipped to a single address.
- Free shipping applies only to eligible items where the offer is specifically indicated.
- The offer applies only to qualifying orders shipped to valid addresses within the contiguous United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii are excluded unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned merchandise unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in our Return Policy.
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to Group Sales unless specifically stated.
- Offers are not valid on cancelled or unavailable merchandise.
- Expedited shipping services, including next-day and second-day delivery, are not included unless specifically stated.
- Promotional shipping offers are subject to product availability and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
International Shipping Policy
Every order is carefully reviewed before shipment.
Once an international shipment leaves our facility, the package may be subject to inspection, customs processing, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by the destination country.
SDS Medical Supplies, Inc. does not control international customs agencies and cannot be responsible for customs delays, assessments, duties, taxes, processing fees, brokerage charges, or merchandise held or confiscated by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for understanding the customs laws, import requirements, and applicable fees of their destination country before placing an order.
International shipments may experience delays as a result of customs processing.
If your package does not arrive within the anticipated delivery period, we recommend contacting your local customs authority and checking the tracking information provided with your shipment.
Estimated international delivery is generally 5–10 business days, although delivery times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance may add additional time.
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
