SDS Medical Supplies, Inc. generally processes orders within\u00a0one business day after an order is received<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>

Orders received on Friday will generally be processed the following Monday or on the next business day that is not a recognized holiday.<\/p>

Whenever possible, we ship orders complete.<\/p>

Although we make every effort to maintain adequate inventory, certain items may occasionally become temporarily unavailable or back-ordered.<\/p>

A back-ordered item is an item that is temporarily out of stock while we work with our suppliers to secure additional inventory.<\/p>

If an item included in your order becomes back-ordered, SDS Medical Supplies, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to contact you to discuss available options.<\/p>

    International shipments may experience delays as a result of customs processing.<\/p>
